Previous preliminary knowledge on organization management and ICT tools are recommended.

This part of the course is designed to provide useful knowledge on the assessment of the technological capabilities of an organizzatizations in order to design innovative actions. Maturity and assessment methods and models is described and the students are invited to apply them and design new ones.

The course aims to develop analysis capabilities for the understanding of the technologies used in an organization and of their impacts on the management of specific business processes. Furthermore, the course wants to provide insights for leading the design of new models or the customization of existing ones. 

The teaching activities are based on frontal lessons, analysis of case studies and exercises.

The exam is written. In addition, provision may be made for an oral examination to supplement the written examination.
